- Oct 2001
- A joint production company is established (50% investment by Nippon Sanso Corporation, 50% investment by Taiyo Toyo Sanso Corporation).
- April 2002
- Production is commenced as Japan Fine Products Corporation (JFP).
- April 2003
- The MO gas production facility at the Mie Plant is expanded, boasting the world’s largest MO gas production volume and refining capacity.
Japan’s largest-scale dichlorosilane (SiH2Cl2) filling facility is constructed at the Kawasaki Plant.
- Oct 2004
- Nippon Sanso Corporation and Taiyo Toyo Sanso Corporation are merged, and the name of the parent company is changed to Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation.
- Dec 2004
- ISO14001-1996 certification is acquired (JCQA: multiple sites).
- April 2005
- FY2004 annual production reaches 400,000 cylinders.
- July 2005
- ISO14001-2004 certification is renewed (JCQA: multiple sites).
- June 2008
- A new cylinder maintenance building commences operations at the Mie Plant.
- Sept 2008
- ISO9001-2008 certification of the Mie Plant is renewed (JCQA).
- June 2009
- An ISO module warehouse for SiH4 is installed in the Mie Plant.
- July 2009
- ISO9001-2008 certification of the Kawasaki Plant is renewed (JCQA).
- Oct 2009
- ISO9001-2008 certification of the Oyama and Kitakyushu Plants is renewed (JCQA).
- Sept 2010
- The acronym of the company name “JFP” is registered as a trademark (Trademark No. 5351179).
- March 2011
- COS (carbonyl sulfide) distillation is commenced at the Kawasaki Plant.
The B2H6 production facility at the Kitakyushu Plant is expanded.
- July 2011
- Production of H2Se (hydrogen selenide) is commenced at the Mie Plant.
- July 2012
- The Kitakyushu Plant acquires a bonded warehouse permit.
- July 2015月
- A joint study is commenced with a university.
A next-generation material gas production facility for the 10nm process is installed in the Mie Plant.
- May 2016
- The COS facility at the Kawasaki Plant is expanded.
- Dec 2019
- A global MRA certification is signed by the Oyama Plant.
- April 2020
- The ISO9001 certification body is changed to ASR.
- Jan 2021
- The ISO14001 certification body is changed to ASR.
