High-Purity Gases
High-purity gases are liquefied and compressed single-component gases with unique properties, guaranteed to contain less than a certain concentration of specified impurities.
Pure gases, such as helium (He), nitrogen (N2), argon (Ar) and hydrogen (H2), are used in a wide range of applications. For example, they are used for preventing oxidation and combustion, calibrating analysis instruments, transporting samples as carrier gases, generating plasma, and providing oxidants and dilutions for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
