Standard Gases

Standard gases are used as a “measure” of gas concentration in measurements using a gas analyzer.
The scale unit of the “measure” referred to here is stipulated by a law called the Measurement Act, and our company is certified to handle such gases as a standard gas supplier accredited by Japan Calibration Service System (JCSS) and as an international MRA signatory.
We are thus fully authorized to produce standard gases that meet specifications requested by customers.

Standard Gases for Environmental Measuring

Standard gases for environmental measuring are standard gases that are blended for the specific purpose of measuring a target component in air, soil or water.
At Taiyo Nippon Sanso JFP, we produce standard gases for environmental measuring according to a gravimetric method that uses a special balance scale.
